TF: Removing a single tile (in the top corner of wall)?

First time tiling, lots of mistakes, but most of them have been resolved in a timely fashion so far. However... I fitted a single tile to the top right hand corner, went away for the weekend and have now realised it's got a cut edge facing outward, not the end of the world, but the edge has a slight taper so if I continue installing tiles around it, the grout line is going to get wider as it gets to the top.

It's in the corner next to a fully tiled wall on the right, but the left hand edge is still exposed. I used an S1 Mapei adhesive and it's set hard, stuck to a 30mm cement backer board!! Obviously don't want to chip tiles around it, or anywhere from flying debris trying to remove it. Also the bath is directly below it!
