I have had my ensuite and bathroom installed in April. The job had ongoing issues during the job and I had to call them back twice due to cracked tiles, floor sealant no longer working etc. I paid a lot of money and the company are supposed to be a top end company. However my boyfriend has just been talking about the bad tiling in my bathroom to be honest I just accepted the job in the end. There are numerous tiles that badly lipped. Is it too late to go and back complain as it is now 6 months ago? Thank you.
