DIY - Looking for advice on a re-connecting a ceiling rose loop

Looking for advice on how to re-connect a ceiling rose loop connector.

I am trying to achieve room 1 and room 2 lights to be independently on and off. This previously worked until i decided to try and change the fitting without taking a photo of the wires as they were when working. Yes i know, school boy error.

The ceiling rose is in room 1, room 1 has a 1 light and 1 switch.

In the ceiling rose it has 3 feeds into it, all 3 have Live Neutral Earth.
The house uses old red, black and green/yellow wires.
None are identifiable as main feed or switch feed. All look same (no sleeve on switch input).

Room 1 ceiling rose feeds to room 2, room 2 has 1 light and 1 switch.

I have found many diagrams online but am struggling as i can't identify which cable is which (main or switch etc). I currently have room working correctly but room light permanently on!

Attached is a diagram i am thinking of following
